I’m always looking for new things to inspire my thinking and continual learning in the area of management and leadership. Someone forwarded this link to me. It is a very cool animated presentation on a book I am currently reading called Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us by Daniel H. Pink.
I have to say it is an eye-opening revelation into what motivates people and how the “carrot and stick” management model may be obsolete. The video is a little more than ten minutes long but worth every minute. Enjoy!
