The Thriving Small Business (TSB) website was created out of a passion to help churches, nonprofits and small business owners see their vision come to life by creating infrastructures that support business development and growth through strategic customer focus.

Patricia Lotich is the President and CEO of Thriving Small Business, a business performance consulting company.  Patricia helps churches, nonprofits and small businesses develop and grow by helping them create infrastructures that support increased revenues, decreased costs and improved customer experience.

Patricia is an MBA and a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality which facilitates the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Patricia has over 25 years of nonprofit business experience in both large and small organizations.  Expertise is in strategic planning, business development, quality management, process improvement, service quality and human resource management.  One of the goals of TSB is to give back and to share expertise with anyone interested in learning.
